dirty throttle body

What can help with a dirty throttle body? Car shakes and sounds like a piston is slapping. I changed my exhaust gas sensor and changed very old fuel filter, but car still shakes and has very low power.

Start with a scan for any fault code, full tune up and the throttle body can be cleaned with a dedicated throttle body cleaner. most spare part shops will have these for sale. the throttle body cleaner will come in an aerosol container.
