Water temperature light flashing red and blue, car will not crank over

Please someone help me and explain what can cause this? The car is staying outside in a parking. Every time it started for the first ignition turn. It is -9C outside but it started in colder conditions as well.

If your battery is okay a controller is going out. Let's do a CAN scan to see what's going on. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon.
