The check burns, self-diagnosis does not work. that is, if you close A and B then the check will not burn at all and the cooler will spin and nothing else happens.

Okay, sorry.
If you jump the 2 pins and it will not flash codes at the check engine light, that indicates a bad ECM. You will need to replace it.
