Do not really know what this whining noise is or where exactly it is coming from. Any guesses?

Hi,

I noticed a whistling sound. Is that what you are referring to? If it is, try something for me. Remove the fuel cap and see if it stops. If it does, either we have a vent issue or the fuel cap is bad.

There are several hoses that can be causing a vacuum leak. See pic 1. If the sound stops, check under the vehicle near the fuel tank as well as under the hood to see if you can pinpoint where it is coming from.

Let me know.
