If the squeaking sound is your concern, it's the belt. To confirm, take a small amount and pour it on the belt when the engine is running. Make sure to keep away from moving parts. Also, protect your eyes and clothing because the water may fling back at you.
If the noise chances pitch or goes away for a couple seconds, it's the belt. Make sure nothing is leaking on it like coolant, oil, or other fluids. If it is dry, replace the belt. Please keep in mind, this vehicle also has an automatic belt tensioner. If it is failing, the belt may be loose and causing the noise, so check to make sure it is tight.

FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT (2TR-FE)
REPLACEMENT

1. REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT
a. Turning the hexagonal bolt on the V-ribbed belt tensioner clockwise, loosen and then remove the V belt.

2. INSTALL FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT
a. Provisionally install the V belt onto each pulley.
NOTICE: Install the V belt onto each pulley and finally install the V belt onto the V-ribbed belt tensioner.
b. Turn the hexagonal bolt on the V-ribbed belt tensioner clockwise and install the V belt onto the V-ribbed belt tensioner pulley.
3. INSPECT FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT
