Weak power/hesitation/engine shuts off if I release the accelerator

Sir, my 7k engine cannot continue running every time when we released the accelerator pedal. Although smooth starting and normal sounds of engine but engine cannot run steady. I do not know if it is rough idle or clogged fuel that cannot go through carburetor.
