What have you checked so far? How long since the spark plugs and wires were replaced?

Most misfires are spark-related, and low power can be expected. Look at the spark plug wires, ignition coil, spark plug gap, and distributor cap. Use an insulated spark plug wire pliers to remove each wire, one at a time, to see which cylinder isn't contributing any power. If this problem developed gradually over time, also consider a burned valve and a worn lobe on the camshaft.
