Engine will not stay running?

When you say it turns over but will not stay running, do you mean it just cranks and does not actually start or it will run but shut off as soon as it starts?

The fact that the cams were replaced makes me think we have a timing issue. So if that is the case then we need to check the compression and find out if the valves are opening at the wrong time which would cause this to not start. Here is a guide that will help with this:
