Water Tank run out in every 10-15 KM

Hi... Since yesterday water tank of my car gets run out in every 10-15 km drive. Today itself I filled it thrice but still there is no water stored in water tank of my car. Can you plz advise me why it is happening and also the solution for the same... thank u

You need to go get the cooing system pressure tested tis will show up any external oil leaks, do this first and fix any leaks that are shown, then re check after a few drive and see if you are still loosing coolant.
