Just replaced the water pump because of a bad pulley. Ran coolant through and it is now overheating. I burped the lines as much as possible and don't understand what the issue could be. Any help would be great.

There are no special instructions on how to refill the system. How fast does it overheat? does it act like thermostat is stuck closed? With the engine cold I would remove the upper radiator hose and try to fill the system through the hose and directly into the radiator. If that does work here is how you can change the thermostat out in the images below. This guide can help as well:

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

Thank you, Ken, for the response. I had to take a step away after 10 straight hours of working and trying to find the issue. When I started on it this morning, I made sure to flush more of the air out of the system and then re-checked all nuts bolts tensioner etc. After the air cleared it stopped overheating and the heat was fine obviously. But I was still unable to find the leak, but the coolant seemed to stay in the car today just fine. No puddles anywhere. I'm not sure if it was a fluke or if there was just more coolant that was pressured out? But it seems great today. I hope it stays that way.

Yep, air pockets can form which it takes a while to get out of the system I have heard of people jacking the rear and then the front of the car up while it is running to add coolant which helps.
