Brought the car used and got home and water started pouring out. Since the hose wasn't busted, I figured it was the water pump. Tried looking at videos on YouTube, but not helping, (says my vehicle but video works on another vehicle).

Hi,

To replace the water pump on this vehicle, you will need to remove the timing belt. Unfortunately, it isn't a simple one to do.

If you look below, I start with the directions for the removal and replacement of the timing belt. At the end of those directions, I included the (at that point) simple directions for the pump replacement.

Please confirm the pump is bad prior to replacement. This is a larger than the average job.

Let me know if you have questions or if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe
