I am trying to figure out whether this has to do with wiring to the pump or a pump issue that is internal. Any ideas? I checked the power with ignition on and it's there as well as ground. There was oil all over due to wear bad tear from engine so cleaned connector and where it sits but it still didn't work. I tried bleeding the system manually by pressing the gas pedal with ignition on, but pump never came on.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U019F on your 2015 BMW 320 indicates a "Lost Communication with Electric Water Pump Module.

This happens when the water pump leaks internally and shorts out. Here is the location of the water pump and how to change it out. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
