Replacing water pump and belt

Bought a kit it came with 3 rings from what I gather they are oil seals not sure if I need them just doing pump and belt.

More than likely you do not need them as they will include seals for somethings that you may remove but are not required too.

Also, I am attaching the process for both engines, the single overhead cam (SOHC) and the dual overhead cam (DOHC).
