Water pump is locked up?

The water pump is locked up. There are no leaks. Do I need to replace the housing or just the impeller?

Which water pump is locked up the mechanical or electric? Here is how to change out the electric water pump which I would change as a unit and not try to take it apart to fix it. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.

It would be the mechanical pump that is ran off the serpentine belt. I have discovered that the pump that is in the truck is a single assembly unit so the whole housing must be changed. I no longer need assistance. Thank you
