water noise when accerating from stop

Nissan technicians removed the dashboard and replaced heater/AC unit. But when I accelerate the car from a long stop, I hear water noises from dashboard. The coolant system was flushed twice, bled and refilled with new coolant. Also all air pockets were removed. The water noise still persists when turning the car on. It sounds like water running down a pipe when the car is on.

That is coolant filling the heater core. You still must have air in the system
