When I was driving this morning there was a water bubbling noise from under the bonnet, but can hear inside the car. Also, when I press the clutch in it sounds like there is water in it. Any ideas?

First check your coolant level, bubbling sounds are common if the coolant gets low as it lets air into the system and you hear the air as it travels through the heater core.

Next if the water sounds more like it is sloshing around you will want to check the drain areas for the cowl and for the A/C as they can get plugged and water builds up. The drains location will be below the area the heater is in and will look like a flat hose just be sure it's open. Bugs, dirt and leaves will work their way into the drains and plug them.
