Water leaks from rain, where are the cowling drains located?

The car listed above is a Limited Coupe.

I'm trying to clean out all the drain holes that are clogged. I don't know where the drains are under the cowling. If I run a hose in the area of the windshield, I get leaks in various places such as firewall-right side or leaks on drivers' side that probably are related to the door. I can't locate the cowling drains.

Yes, there are drains under the cowl to allow the water to exit the cowl and fresh air intake. I would remove the cowl and use a garden hose to help unclog the drains. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
