2004 Chrysler Sebring rear passenger window

the rear window on passenger side was stuck. after pushing button door it finally cracked open. i closed it right away-later that night the window feel down to what i call all the way(those back windows dont go down all the way)and using the button on the door or the main button on drivers door did not get the window to go up. Its 15 degrees today in michigan. Please help

It sounds like the window fell off track. You will need to remove the trim panel to inspect it and repair. Let me know what you find and I'll help you from there.
