I checked my coolant and it has gone down. I have had to place a towel on the floor where passengers feet is to soak up the water dripping out.

Sounds like the heater core has sprung a leak, typical- coolant on the rug inside the car and yes the coolant will continue to be low in the radiator and leak into the car.

Cool thanks. I have purchased Radweld Plus coolant leak repair from Holts, waiting for my car engine to cool first.

It may not help and you will need an new heater core. Have it pressure checked to make sure of that being the leak.

Thanks. If this does not work I will have it looked at by engineer. I just could not afford it at the moment.

Yeah those additives wont do much but clog up the coolant system. A new heater core, if that is the leak is the only way to go.

Is it water leaking or coolant, you could have a water drain that is plugged for the air conditioner. Does the water smell funny? Or is it clear?

Best, Ken
