Water passenger side floorboard. Resistor and blower have shorted out twice. Where can water be coming from? Only during winter months. Is there an air vent or flop vent that could be worn out and leaking? Windshield? The dealer has not helped..

Hi,

First, are you sure it is water and not coolant? If so, based on what is being affected, it must be coming from the windshield area.

I double-checked to make sure there were no bulletins related to this and there are none. The manual indicates simply having a person in the vehicle watch under the dash while water from a garden hose is sprayed on and around the windshield and door window and seals. See pics below.

Let me know.
