Water leak

Car is not overheating, but water is leaking out driver side front when I park. Some water and the fan is on. No coolant, just straight water, but quite a bit if it. Still fairly cool here in Iowa. I have not ran the AC.

Have a mechanic pressure check coolant system and see if there is drain plug missing on that side might be accumulating then draining out when you stop.
