Water keeps disappearing from the reservoir

This is the LXi model. The water level in the radiator keeps going down. I do not see any leakage on the ground, yet I still keep having to keep the reservoir filled by adding more water or antifreeze.

What is the problem and how is it fixed?

rent a pressure tester from auto parts, if no leaks seen externally it may be a head gasket leaking into cylinder.
