Found water in oil/ I replaced oil and filter?

The truck started and was moved but then would not start again. When the oil was checked it had water in it again. Also noticed coolant was low. Changed oil and filter again and topped off coolant. Checked the oil before trying to start and water was in the oil. What do I do now?

It sounds like you have a blown head gasket, and the cylinder is filling with coolant which will not compress. I would remove all spark plugs and then crank the engine over (stand back) to see which cylinder is having the issue. Please go over these guides to help confirm the problem:
