Water in diesel tank

Water was deliberately put in diesel tank and i have tried to use car. what can i do next?

You need to drain the fuel tank and lines to remove the water. Replace the filters and purge all the water from the system. Then refill and prime.

You may be lucky if that vehicle has a drain fitting on the tank as the water will tend to pool at the bottom and you could drain it out until you get straight fuel. Then use air pressure to push the fuel/water from the lines.
