I really don't know if I have the 4.7 or 5.9 but water is dumping out between the motor and transmission.
I just bought it from a private seller and think he pulled a fast one on me with some block sealer or something.
What could this leak be?

Hi,

There are a few things back there that can leak. For example, a freeze plug, heater core hose, the intake manifold, and so on.

Is the coolant leaking only at the bottom of the transmission or does it appear to be coming from up higher and running down?

If possible, take a pic of the engine and upload it for me to see. I need to determine which engine it has.

Let me know.
