Need to replaces both, the water pump and vacuum pump. what is the estimate cost?

Hi,
I attached two pictures below. The first one indicates the air pump cost (original equipment) and the number of hours to replace it. The hours are multiplied by the shop's hourly rate.
The second one is for the water pump replacement. The majority of the cost is labor.
Please confirm I have the correct engine. Also, if this is something you want to do yourself, let me know. I can walk you through the process.
