Water leaking

I have water turning out from under but it is not the water pump. seems to be mainly on the passenger side.

Are you having to refill your radiator/coolant reservoir because it is constantly getting low?

Maybe on a happier note, could this be a dripping air conditioner drain (which is normal with the A/C or defrost modes being used)

So like does it stop dripping when the heat and A/C is all in the off positions?
