Washer jets and rear wiper not working

When starting car rear wiper and jet come on for several seconds, but not all the time with wash coming out! Other than that, no jets work and just front wipers work.
got a friend to have a quick look and he says power is going to the pump.
Any help would be fabulous. Thank you.

No noise from pump when tried but rear works momentarily by its self when starting car!

Good morning my name is Roy and I will assist

First, make sure the fluid level is correct. Make sure the fluid is not being pumped onto the ground as well indicating a leak in the hose network. Beyond that if there is power to the pumps then the pumps have failed and need to be replaced.

Do the checks first and report back to us with the results.

I was just thinking. If you hear the pump running and there is nothing coming out of the jets the jets may be clogged. If that is the case they may be clogged. The best way to clear them is to use compressed air and blow through them back and forth to push out the dirt.
