You can hear the noise like it’s trying to work, but no fluid is coming out. When I followed the hose from the sprayers down close to the washer jug that holds the fluid, there is a connector joining the hose together, when I disconnected them and ran the washer it sprayed out of the hose fine, so I guess the pump is working. Maybe it’s the sprayers themselves?

Hi,

That sounds exactly like what happened. I don't know where you are located, but I do know where I'm located, it's 2 degrees and a lot of people are experiencing the same issues.

If possible, do you have a garage to allow the vehicle to sit in overnight and warm up a bit?

Let me know.

I live in NC and while it has been colder here it still gets up in the 40’s and 50’s during the day.

Hi,

I'm in PA, so it's much colder. If you feel it isn't frozen, then it has to be plugged at some point.

If you open the hood, locate the sprayers. (See pic 1 below for approximately location). The hoses will be connected to a sprayer (see pic 2). Very carefully, disconnect the hose from the sprayer and see if you have flow at that point.

I said very carefully because the sprayer gets brittle, and they break really easily.

Let me know what you find. Also, if you hear the pump running, make sure there is nothing leaking from under the vehicle.

Take care,

Joe
