Going 70 started to smoke wouldn't go sat for two months radiator is dry, no busted hoses.turns over wants to start. no oil in water.battery won't stay charged hard to try and jump.

How much oil was in the vehicle? A good way to check on the internals of your vehicle's engine is to do a compression check. his will tell the conditions of the rings, valves, and head gasket. It will also tell if your engine's block or cylinder head is cracked, allowing compression to escape through them or not. Here is a link down below explaining how to do a compression check:
