Driving home from the hospital serpentine belt snapped power steering went out. Pulled over replace the belt then it snapped again, replace serpentine belt. Still no crank no start. Then replace the starter, starter relay and a brand new battery. What am I missing what's next?

Hello, the reason the belt keeps breaking is your clue. I would take the belt back off and try to spin each pulley by hand. If one of them is seized up, or on its way out, this is what happens. You lose your alternator, power steering pump and whatever is driven by the belt. Make sure the belt tensioner is able to move as well. Not just the pulley, but the end that keeps tension on the belt. You'll find the problem when you try spinning all the pulleys, including the alternator and power steering pump. Let us know what you find.
