When I start my car, the Emergency Brake, Stability Control Warning lights, Trac Off (VSC) lights stay on?

I always release the emergency brake when driving, so what could the reason these lights are on?

The first thing I would do is check the brake fluid and if low I would check the brake pads, if the fluid level is okay, I would run the codes for the ABS because it sounds like you have a wheel speed sensor that has gone out.
