Welcome to 2CarPros.
Is there anything that seems to cause this? For example, a bump in the road, something being turned on, temperature or anything you can think of?
What I would first suggest is to start at the power source, the battery. Make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight. A loose or corroded connection can cause crazy things to happen.

If that isn't the issue, when the engine is running, slight jiggle the ignition key to see if there is a problem there.
Let me know.
Joe
