Hello,

The ABS light, traction control indicator light and brake light came on all at once. Brake light continually flashes. The battery cable was removed, checked brake fluid, and replaced brake lamp switch. Still not fixed. What do I do next?
Thanks for your help. MLS69

Hello, I'm Danny.

This means you have brake system trouble codes stored in your vehicles computer.First thing I suggest is to have the code(s) checked. If you don't have access to a code reader/scanner your local auto parts stores have a tool loaner program and can rent you one. Here is a tutorial showing what is involved:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/checking-a-service-engine-soon-or-check-engine-light-on-or-flashing

Once you have the codes read get back to us with the code numbers and we will be happy to help properly diagnose.Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Hello Ken and Danny L,
Thank you both for trying to figure out my car problems. We had to take the car to the dealer because every light on the dash came on! It ended up being the hydraulic unit or VDC. Thanks again for your help. Until next time... MLS69

A whole lot! Six hundred parts and six hundred labor. They had it about five or six hours. That is why we need people like you to help us out at times. Again, thanks for your input.
