The glow plug, fuel electrics and spanner light all came on. looking into it I found it could be water in fuel filter. I've changed the filter and housing but lights still comes on while driving.

First, I have to say this vehicle isn't offered in the US, so my technical information is extremely limited.

Is there a water sensor on the injection? If there is, have you checked to see if it is connected and not damaged?
