I was installing an amp, and everything just went quit working. It all works just no sound.

Warning and blinker and seatbelt do not make noise?

When installing the did you cut the speaker wires? This is where the warning sounds come from. I would put the wiring back the way it was and use the correct adapter to add the amp. It is not like the old days where you can just and an amp. Does the light come on for the radio? Also check all fuses to see if one is blown.
