When driving at over 30 mph a deep and loud vibrating noise is made from around the front tyres. This stops only when I'm steering to the left. I have had a good look under the front wheel arches and can't see anything that would be rubbing on the tyres or any damage to the tyres. Any thoughts?

Sounds like one of the front hub bearings is bad.
