Code P0502, VSS wire replacing schematic needed

The VSS isn't working, the speedometer doesn't work but we have odometer etc. we replaced the VSS plugs but we still get the P0502 code (VSS Circuit low input) I would like to know how to replace the wires (or check if they are open/closed circuits) in a the truck listed above.
