VSC and check engine light turned on

2005 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER

Also the engine seems to be running rough at idle and in the different gears. What's the problem?

We will handle the warning light problem on this thread you will need to start a new question for the engine issue. These lights come on usually for a wheel speed sensor that is out. To be sure lets run a scan on the system to find out which one is the problem. here is a video to help us get started:
