2006 Volvo XC90 Memory Seats

2006 Volvo XC90 All Wheel Drive Automatic 48000 miles

Any idea how to set the memory settings on the XC90 seats? I have three settings available, but cant figure out how to program the settings. I don't have the owners manual, so I can't look it up there. Any help would be appreciated!
