UNABLE TO GET CDS OUT OF CHANGER...GETTING ERROR MESSAGE " DECK ERROR"

You will need to replace the cd changer. But doing this will also require that you download software to the new unit. Most likely and it would be better if you took it in to the dealer. When they send the old unit back to Volvo, they will send you back your cd's.
