Is there an acccess pannel to allow replacing the pump without droping the gas tank?
Is there a fuel pump relay in this model?

If you are doing the fuel pump for leakage you may want to call Volvo first to see if recall 220 applies to your vehicle and if not to verify if you are covered by the 10year/150k mile extended warranty?
