2001 Volvo XC70 engine motor mounts

we are trying to replace the motor mounts, having trouble getting the bottom front one out. How do you remove the old one?

It would help if you had a hoiste? To replace it you need to remove the upper beam out of the way. Remove the engine mount bolts. Remove the bolts for the lower torque rod. Using a jack under the transmission jack up the engine. Remove the engine mount and install the new one.
