2000 Volvo XC70 Air conditioner is not blowing cold air

Hello, I have a 2000 volvo V70XC and the air conditioner is no longer blowing cold air. I just recharged it and found taht it was completly empty of freon, after recharging it still is not blowing any cold air, i have to check the level of freon again to insure no leak but i was wondering what the causes of this could be and what steps should i go about for continued trouble shooting. thank you

Hi pyrat,

When freon is missing, the only possibility is leakage. You need to test and find out where the leakage is coming from.

As to the AC not working even after recharging, you need to check which component is not working.
