98 V90 VolvoWagon, 142,000 miles, automatic.
The air conditioning often times will not blow out the vents, some time it does. I heard a pump this morning so I turned on the air and what do you know, it worked.

Probabley a vacuum leak, or is there something with the pump I heard?

Also have a wire leading to somewhere under the intake manifold but it is not connected. Any ideas?
