You would need to go over to a Volvo dealership, remove the radio out of the car so that they can punch in the serial number of the radio into Volvo's data base so that they can retrieve the code. That is the only way?

IF THE RADIO IS THE ORIGINAL UNIT, YOU CAN CALL A VOLVO DEALER AND GIVE THEM THE VIN AND THEY CAN PULL UP THE CODE. THEN ALL YOU DO IS INPUT THE NUMBERS BY PRESSING THE PRESET BUTTONS. YOU WOULD HAVE TO REMOVE THE RADIO AND GET THE SERIAL NUMBER ONLY IF THE RADIO HAS BEEN REPLACED. FOR THIS INFORMATION YOU WOULD NEED, ALONG WITH THE SERIAL NUMBER, THE PART NUMBER AND THE MODEL NUMBER.
