My pedal is really soft, just change front and rear brake pads and rotors, bled lines, still is soft any ideas

Was pedal soft prior to brake replacement? Inspect brake fluid level. Also ensure all brake hoses / lines are connected properly and free of any kinks or damage

Ya it was thought I would change rotors and pads, if I hold down brake pedal it slowly sinks to the floor

Check the vacuum hose to the brake booster to ensure it is not damaged. also try the steps below to test the brake booster out..
if booster tests OK, suspect a faulty master cylinder
