2002 Volvo V70 "Try Slow down or shift up" messag

My volvo V70 displayed the try slow down or shift up message and began shaking, especially in the lower gears
(2nd and 3rd).

Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

Hello .. thanks for the donation .. much appreciated You need to have the vehicle plugged into a diagnostic computer to check for fault codes stored on the cars PCM/TCM (control modules) .. these codes will let us know where the actual fault lies .. retrieve fault codes and repost with full codes for a diagnosis and repair information let me know
