2001 Volvo V70 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 170k miles

i am getting a P0302 code on my 01 volvo v70. The car is definitly missing. Where do I start?

Misfire at cylinder no.2 -Check the sparkplug/compression/injector for that cylinder

Misfiring can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.
