2000 Volvo V70 sunroof will not open

Electrical problem
2000 Volvo V70 Automatic 135800 miles

i have tried a few things with no luck, i have checked all fuses including fuse 35, 37 with light tester, i have locked and unlocked from outside drivers side 4-5 times to reset, i have disconnected the battery for 15 min., have checked the button relay there is power because i hear a clicking sound but still will not open, any suggestions?

Disconnect motor and test if it works.
